TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
- Deposit of 50% is required
to confirm booking
- Balance in full paid before
or upon guests arrival
- All rates are subject to 21%
Government tax and services
- Rates quoted are non
commissionable
- Check-out time to 12.00 noon,
on the day of departure, arrival
should be planned no earlier
than 2:00 pm.
- The following 1 (one) night
cancellation fee will be charged
per villa if :
- A cancellation is made
on 3 days prior to arrival
(normal season).
- A cancellation is made
on 14 days prior to arrival
(high season).
- No-Show
- Unless credit facility has
been established with the resort,
it requires full pre-payment
for each villa reserved by the
latest seven ( 7 ) days for
normal season and twenty one
( 21 ) days for high season
prior to arrival, otherwise
the reserved villa will be automatically
cancelled.
- All villa reservations and
rates are subject to availability
and confirmation.
PAYMENT POLICY
Unless otherwise stated writing,
all the transaction contained in
this agreement are in USS ( US Dollars
). Payment will be accepted by bank
draft transfer only to the Bali
She Villa Bank.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All the contents of this agreement
must be strictly kept confidential
and never disclosed to the third
party not be published at any time. |
